If you’re a teacher who knows you can’t stay in the classroom forever, but feels overwhelmed about what comes next, this is for you.

The Next Chapter Cohort is a live, small-group experience designed to help teachers gain clarity, translate their skills, and build a realistic plan for transitioning into a new career path.

This is not a course you disappear into alone. It’s a supportive, guided group where you’ll work through the process together, step by step.

Over four weeks, you will:

• Identify realistic next-career paths based on your strengths
• Translate your teaching experience into a resume that speaks to non-education roles
• Optimize your LinkedIn profile to attract opportunities
• Build a practical, sustainable job search plan
• Gain confidence and momentum alongside others on the same journey

Format:

• 4 live Zoom sessions (one per week)
• Wednesdays at 7pm EST
• Sessions recorded if you cannot attend live
• Private cohort community for support and Q&A
• Guided worksheets and prompts each week

Week 2: March 25
Week 3: April 1
Week 4: April 8

Limited to a small group to keep the experience personal and supportive.
